Termination and Account Deletion

Termination by the user

You may end your use at any time.

You can request deletion/deactivation of your account by e-mail to kontakt@entwicklerherz.de (subject: “Cancel/delete account”).

Effects of termination

• After deactivation, access to protected areas ends.
• Content (forum/intervision) may be deleted or anonymised depending on context.
• Messages may remain visible in the recipients’ inboxes; we will review deletion/anonymisation where technically feasible.

Termination/suspension by the provider

We may suspend or deactivate accounts for good cause, in particular in the case of serious or repeated violations of the terms/community rules (e.g. violations of anonymisation).
