DSA Notices (Reporting Illegal Content)

Scope

SchemaCommunity allows users to publish content (e.g. forum, intervision listings, profiles). This may involve functionalities of a hosting service within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Reporting illegal content (notice)

Reports can be submitted:

1. Within the platform via the report function (where available).
2. By e-mail to kontakt@entwicklerherz.de.

If possible, please include:

• where the content can be found (link/ID),
• why it should be illegal or violate the rules,
• whether there is urgency (e.g. identifiable patient data),
• a contact option for follow-up questions.

Review and measures

We review reports in a timely manner and may, among other things, hide/remove content or restrict accounts.

Complaint procedure

If your content was removed/hidden or your access was restricted, you can request a review by e-mail to kontakt@entwicklerherz.de (subject: “DSA complaint”).
