Answers to common questions about SchemaCommunity, access, profiles, intervision, forum, events, messages, and data protection.
Invitations, login, and account access.
SchemaCommunity is invite-only. Colleagues or partner institutes already on SchemaCommunity can send invitations. If you want to onboard a cohort or institute, contact us via the contact page.
Use the invitation email and follow the link. Set your name and password, then create your profile. If the link expired, request a new one from the inviter or reach out via the contact page.
Use the password reset link on the login page. Enter your email; if an account exists, you will receive a reset email. For security, we always show a generic success message.
How profiles work and who can see them.
Name, country, languages, certification status, workplace, special interests, short bio, availability for intervision/supervision, and profile image. Optional fields are only shown when filled.
Only logged-in members of SchemaCommunity can see directory profiles. There is no public directory for patients or outsiders.
Admins can manually mark profiles as verified after checking qualifications. Verified profiles show a shield/check badge in the directory and profile header.
Go to My Profile and click Edit profile. Account deletion is available in Account & Security settings; it removes access and hides your profile from the directory.
Listings and collaboration flags.
A listing to find or offer an intervision group. You set language, meeting mode (online/in-person/hybrid), focus, experience level, time zone, and description. Others can contact you via messages.
Open Intervision, use filters (type, language, meeting mode, focus, experience), and browse listings. To create one, use Create listing and fill in the required fields.
These flags are in your profile. If enabled, badges show that you are open for intervision or offer supervision. You can change them in profile settings.
Posting and event calendar basics.
Anonymised case discussions, diagnostics, and certification/training questions. Do not include identifiable patient information. Use categories Cases & Diagnostics and Certification & Training.
Admins can create events with title, dates, location type, languages, and registration links. Users can browse upcoming events, filter by date range, country/online, language, and location type.
Direct messages and notification basics.
You can start 1:1 chats from any profile or intervision listing (not your own). Conversations appear in the Messages inbox.
In-app badges are always on. Email/Push can be configured in Notification settings (depending on activation per release).
No. To keep things simple and safe, messaging is text-only in the current version.
Anonymisation and data handling.
Account data (email, hashed password), profile info, forum posts, intervision listings, events, and messages between members. There are no patient accounts.
